    # To work closely with the senior management team in assisting sales closures in BPO/KPO Space.
    # To identify and develop alternate streams of revenue generations including alliances and partnerships
    # To undertake building of new service offerings and pre-sales activities.
        Those who are having experience in BPO/KPO as a BDM/BDE only need to apply.
    Eligibility :        MBA (Business Development or Marketing/Sales) - Preferred
    # Excellent consultative selling skills in BPO/KPO sales processes including sales/lead generation, Lead management, effective client interactions, and assisting sales          closure.
    # Excellent analytical skills to capture customer's requirements and relate to organization's solutions
    # Excellent client or customer interfacing skills.
    # Successful track record of developing win-win partnerships in competitive marketplaces.
    # Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    # Must have good contacts in the industry to get International BPO/KPO accounts.
    # Should be organized, self-motivated, responsible and result-oriented individual.
    # Should have 3+ years of experience in selling call center, BPO and KPO services across North American markets.
