Brigade's leadership team includes executives who were responsible for developing and operating some of the world's leading business process outsourcing organizations. Members of our executive team have served key leadership roles in respected world-class organizations that include: IBM, Verizon, marchFIRST, Sprint and AQA to name a few.

Sri Dasari, Chairman & CEO

Sri is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Brigade. Before joining Brigade, Sri was Chief Executive Officer of IT Gurus, a consulting firm offering technology outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to IT Gurus, he was a Principle for the Global Subcontracting Group (GSG) at marchFIRST, Inc. (formerly Whittman-Hart, Inc.), where he was responsible for building and managing the GSG group to support the delivery of outsourcing projects totaling $850 million. He has also served in senior positions with IBM's Total Solutions Division. Sri holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Marathwada University in India.

Lakshmi Akula, Executive Vice President

Lakshmi is the Executive Vice President at Brigade and is responsible for all finance and financial strategy related functions at Brigade. She has over 18 years of experience in handling General Management and F & A functions for global IT and BPO firms. Before joining Brigade, Lakshmi was the Executive Vice President of IT Gurus, a consulting firm offering technology outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 clients. Lakshmi has been involved in several successful M& A projects and her prior roles have included management of IT services delivery for several clients including Discover Card, Inland Steel and Cisco. Lakshmi holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Marathwada University in India.

Bill Nolan, Vice President - Sales

Bill is the Vice President of Sales at Brigade. He has been in technology sales for over 22 years, selling hardware, software and services. Most recently he was with Relevant Business Systems an ERP software provider. Prior to that Bill was a partner at Whittman-Hart/marchFirst where he served in sales, sales management, national business development and as director of campus recruiting Bill has a BA from Coe College in Iowa and a Certificate in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago.

Neti Srinivasan, Senior Director & Head of Human Resources

Neti is responsible for Brigade's delivery operations in India. Prior to Brigade, Neti was the Head for Customer Support with RPG Cellular, a Verizon affiliate. Under Neti 's leadership, RPG Cellular's highly successful retention group was created with an aim to improve customer retention. Previously, Neti was a Product Head with Blow Plast Ltd., one of India's leading consumer product companies, where he was responsible for managing channel and business-to-business sales. After receiving his Bachelor of Technology from the MS University of Baroda, Neti pursued graduate studies in business management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. Neti is also a Six Sigma Black Belt holder, and his industry affiliations include memberships in the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Confederation of Indian Industry special teams.

David Glenister, Director - Account Management

David is the Director of Account Management, and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Brigade Clients. David came to Brigade in 1999 after spending several years in the credit services industry. There he worked for one of the largest credit lenders in the United States, developing business processes, training and performing software quality assurance. With an extensive background in all components of service delivery (contact center, knowledge management, training, quality assurance), he has successfully managed several strategic delivery programs at Brigade. In 2001 he became an STI Knowledge-certified e-support Manager.


Brigade's online customer support representatives or "Cyber Reps" are the most qualified in the industry. They are well trained with the professional and technical know how to cater to the varying demands of the customer. Courtesy, efficiency, accuracy and a sincere desire to satisfy customers are the key standards by which CyberReps are measured.
